CQL CANADA'S HISTORY

 

CQL Canada is an independent national charitable quality improvement corporation. After extensive research, there was a decision made to use the Council on Quality and Leadership’s products and services. In 1994 a voluntary quality enhancement and quality review process using the Personal Outcome Measures (currently called the Quality Measures 2005®) was introduced.

 

CQL Canada’s measurement of quality is conducted using the Personal Outcome Measures®, the only valid and reliable person-centered outcome measurement tool used in accreditation today! The process is designed to enhance individual, organizational, and community quality of life. It is based on universal quality measures and therefore has a number of applications.
