The Council on Quality and Leadership Canada (CQL Canada) provides national leadership in promoting quality of life for people with disabilities and people with mental illness, and the people, organizations and communities who support them.  Through our services, publications and public presence, we establish real connections between disabilities' theory and practice, helping those who work in the disability community to take the important step from innovative ideas to everyday action.
