CONFERENCE FEES

The conference fee is per participant for the entire two-day conference.  The fee includes two days of sessions, continental breakfast both days, all conference materials, refreshment breaks, a social evening and a personal consultation session with a CQL Canada consultant.

Please note: fees do not include lunch on either day.

$360.00 + $18.00 GST = $378.00

$320.00 + $16.00 GST = $336.00

Self-Advocates/Family Members

$180.00 + $9.00 GST = $189.00

One Day Rate

$225.00 + $11.25 GST = $236.25

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please notify CQL Canada in writing. Cancellations received by September 26, 2008 are refundable, minus a $100.00 administrative fee per person. After September 26^th, cancellations are subject to the entire fee.  Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
