What impact will this workshop have on you?
I believe that I learned some valuable strategies and was presented with some tools that will assist us through our changes.
Tremendous impact...Finally, a workshop of practical guidance and skill to become an effective leader.
It made me realize how much of an impact your piece of mind has on every aspect of your life and how we can control so much just by what level we are at in life. I came away realizing that I should be grateful for all that I am, have and practice that gratitude everyday. All areas of my life will be impacted by remembering this skill.
Significant - Jim provided concrete applicable strategies to further develop leadership skills.
I have a different perspective on how to approach change and how to bring information forward.
What impact will this workshop have on your organization?
I believe that that our senior management recognized the importance of leading by example from the top down.
I hope that the organization as a whole will look at the communication lines and feedback loops required to make things work smoothly. I am hoping the moose is addressed in all areas of the organization. I am also hoping that staff satisfaction is looked at on a more ongoing basis rather than occasionally.
Good base for doing some work together as a management team.
What impact will this workshop have on the people you serve?
If we can implement good leadership strategies throughout our organization, the people we support will ultimately be the winners.
The better the communication and commitment to the team, the better and more consistent the services will be.
A major impact. All the changes affect their life on a daily basis.
When staff are lead more effectively, the people they support feel the effects of this directly and their lives improve as a result.

I thought it was great - Jim was informative, entertaining and able to use a variety of methods of training to keep our focus.
Jim is realistic, common sense, anyone can learn from him.
This is the most concrete approach to leadership based training I have ever attended. Very valuable stories that emphasis points of interest throughout the whole day - Great!! |
