A four-day workshop that covers how to conduct the Personal Outcome Interview, synthesize interview data from people served, analyze findings, and identify organizational needs for change.

LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS

 

The training will be held at Tri-County Mennonite Homes located at 200 Boullee Street in New Hamburg.

 

Directions

  • Take the 401 to Hwy 8 West Kitchener/ Waterloo (Exit 278)

  • Merge onto Provicial Route 8 West

  • Take 8 West Stratford. - Take that out of Kitchener.

  • At the first set of lights with Tim Hortons, turn right onto Hamilton Rd

  • Go over the first street, Boullee, on your left hand side there 220 Hamilton Rd, house and a long driveway from there that goes behind the Seniors Village, at the end of the driveway is a door.  If you go in that door and down the stairs you will be at  Tri-County Mennonite Homes.
