A four-day workshop that covers
how to conduct the Personal Outcome Interview, synthesize
interview data from people served, analyze findings, and
identify organizational needs for change.
CQL Canada’s Personal Outcome
Measures for Children and Youth form part of the
foundation for the organization’s quality enhancement
program. They clearly communicate to staff the connection
between what they do and why. They give families, friends,
advocates, and the public a reliable measure of an
organization’s progress; and most importantly, they enable
children/youth and their families to achieve more outcomes
resulting in improved quality of life
