Maxine Johnson is employed as the Continuous Quality Improvement Manager with one of Ontario’s largest Associations for Community Living, Simcoe Community Services (SCS formerly BDAPSN ).  Maxine is also an In House Trainer for SCS using the Personal Outcome Measures.  Maxine became a provincial consultant/trainer with CQL Canada in March 2005. 

 

Starting with Simcoe Community Services in 1982 she has held a variety of positions.  Initially hired as a mediator she has worked part time through to an Area Supervisor in Accommodation Services.

 

Prior to her experience with SCS Maxine has worked in the areas of Adult Day Services, Youth in trouble with the law and the Elderly.
