Sherri Kroll has been a Provincial Consultant with CQL Canada since its inception in 1994. Throughout this time she has assisted service organizations to utilize Outcome Measures as a framework for individualizing supports and enhancing service quality
Sherri has experience in all facets of training including Self Assessment Workshops, Planning with Personal Outcomes, Rights Training, Developing Reliable Interviewing Skills and In-House Trainers, Quality Enhancement Analysis and Accreditation Reviews. Her experience has enabled her to customize training options to suit the uniqueness of the service organization.
Sherri is also employed as the Director of Organizational Development with Middlesex Community Living, a service organization in southwestern Ontario that has achieved a Three Year Certificate of Accreditation. |
