Janet Reansbury has over 30 years experience in human services including experience in direct support, management, consultation and training.  Janet is Executive Director for Community Living Brant, an organization that offers a range of services and supports to over 350 individuals.

 

Janet has been involved with CQL Canada since it’s inception in the mid 1990’s and while she has facilitated various training sessions and participated on accreditation reviews her primary focus over the past few years has been Interviewer and Trainer Certification.

 

Through her home organization Janet was involved in the development of one of the first Rights Committees in the province.  The model for this committee is still used and requested by many organizations today. 

 

Janet’s principal interest continues to be the development of responsive services through organizational commitment to quality.
