Mr. Bill Allerton, is the Chief Executive Officer of The Council on Quality and Leadership Canada (CQL Canada).  Mr. Allerton is a visionary who spearheaded the development and implementation of this national quality improvement not-for-profit corporation in 1994. Committed to providing vision and leadership to human services organizations, Mr. Allerton is knowledgeable and proficient in the application of quality improvement methods based on person-directed outcomes for people with disabilities.  He leads organizations through customized learning activities resulting in responsive services through organizational performance improvement.
