Through training, observation, coaching, and consultation, participants learn the methods for conducting reliable outcome interviews.

 

FORMAT:

  • Phase 1: Participation in a four-day Introductory Assessment Workshop

  • Phase 2: Observation of interviews conducted by CQL staff

  • Phase 3: Preparation and coaching (practice interview)

  • Phase 4: Reliability assessment

  • Ongoing support from CQL

  • Annual monitoring for re-certification
