What Do They Consist Of?

Quality Measures 2005® contains sections on:

Shared Values

Values drive organizational behaviors, and shared values shape organizational culture. We believe the Values are what cause organizations to move. We put the Values section first.

Basic Assurances® are essential, fundamental, non-negotiable requirements. With Basic Assurances® , there can be no separation between intentions and reality. If the organization cannot provide Basic Assurances®  it ought not be in business. This is an absolute, minimum, uniform requirement. There is no sliding scale when it comes to Basic Assurances®.

In Responsive Services®, we look at what the organization has done to take its Values, put them together with the Basic Assurances® and with the personal approach to deliver a quality service. Every organization's approach to Responsive Services® may be a little bit different. This creates the flexibility for organizations to be creative in how they put things together. In the end, we want to know exactly what differences the services and supports made.

Personal Outcome Measures®
